Ingredients

1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
1 container (16 ounce) sour cream
1 package (1.25 ounce) taco seasoning
1/4 head lettuce, rinsed, dried and shredded
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 can (2.25 ounce) black olives, drained and sliced
Serve with:
tortilla chips

Directions:

In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread this mixture in a 9- inch round serving dish (a pie plate works well).

Top the mixture with lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, bell pepper and black olives.

Serve with tortilla chips.
